The plane performed well with my Instructor and me with a gross weight around 905#. I did not get a climb rate reading but we did fly it in 100 degree weather from a 3000 foot runway and had no problems climbing out. If you are looking to save money this is the way to go because you can trailer the plane back and forth and avoid paying hanger fees or you can fold the wings in 15mins by yourself and share hanger space with another plane.
